How to start a return
- Email support@aurix.store with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We reply within a few hours with a prepaid return label (where available) and a short reason field.
- Drop the parcel at your local carrier within 7 days of approval.
- Once we scan it in, refunds are processed within 3 business days and typically land on your card in 5–10 days.
What's eligible
Any item in original condition with its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Opened items are fine — we know you need to try things. Personal-care accessories (eartips, hygiene items) and downloadable content are the only exceptions.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us with a photo. We'll replace or refund immediately — you won't be asked to ship anything back first.
