Manufacturer warranty
All products carry the standard manufacturer warranty, which is at least 12 months for most items. Warranty terms are printed on the packaging and included in the box.
Aurix 30-day guarantee
On top of that, if your product doesn't work as promised within 30 days of arrival, we refund or replace it — no forms, no interrogation.
How to file a claim
Email support@aurix.store with your order number and a short description (a photo helps). We reply within a few hours and handle the paperwork with the manufacturer for you.
