1. Purchases

When you place an order, you're offering to buy a product subject to these terms. We accept your order once we confirm it by email. Prices, availability, and product details can change without notice; we'll always honor a confirmed order at the confirmed price.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Shipping, returns & warranty

4. Intellectual property

The Aurix name, logo, product photography, and site design are ours. You're welcome to share links and screenshots for personal use — for anything commercial, ask us first.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to breach or probe the security of the site.
• Don't scrape the catalog for competing commercial use.
• Don't submit false payment information or engage in fraud.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurix's liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aurix is registered. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law says otherwise.
